Anti-gravity exercises actually provide a total-body workout, helping you strengthen your body from your head to your toes, but it’s especially good for your core strengthening when suspended on your Own Harness and Bungee set, you need to engage your core to maintain your balance and move around. That core strength doesn't just mean a flatter, firmer belly, but increased strength and ability to do Jumps without any impact on your Joints and Back as well.

When you do sweaty exercise you are not only helping stress relief and giving yourself an endorphins rush, you are also expelling toxins through your skin. This is another avenue of elimination that is best not ignored if you want to decrease the appearance of cellulite.

Because cellulite is trapped beneath the skin, sweating is an effective way to open up the pores and allow cellulite to escape. Sweating can be achieved through aerobic exercise and you are sure to be sweating with all the “Flying “ around at Transcend, while safely strapped into the Protective Pants. ( extra sweat production coming up! )
Sweating twice a week through either method is recommended. Be sure to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. The more water you put in the body, the more toxins, fat and cellulite gets activated and showed to the Nearest Exit through your Sweat production.
